Buffet breakfast was decent, same every day. I didnt eat lunch or dinner in the hotel but the meals looked decent. The hotel has a great restaurant area just outside with lots to choose from, and quite lively and fun. The rooms are clean and tidy, with most amenities one could need. Charging ports right next to the bed. Great shower! A very convenient stay at a good value!

Breakfast was good as well as a breakfast package. Hotel is in middle of living shopping area with good restaurants and theatre.

Perfect location - situated close to highway, restaurants and shopping centre. Great for meeting to be held in quiet environment. Parking is very convenient and safe. The restaurant were upgraded since we were there previous time - 5* service from restaurant for dinner and lunch and very friendly staff - we didn't have breakfast. Even very helpful at 10pm in evening for something to eat.

The place was spotlessly clean and the room was very cozy. It was a one-night stay which we enjoyed. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The place is in a very quiet and secure location. Parking was free in a secure basement. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and easy.

Located inside a complex with many restaurants and some shops. Reasonable price and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were old but clean enough. In the lobby, the hotel provides coffee and tea in the mornings and drinks in the afternoons.

It was on the 17 of December when we checked in, we were greated by friendly receptionist 'guy' who was willing to assist and he explained the facilities for us which made our stay more pleasent. Would like to pass my gratitude specially to Victoria and kamogelo who brought me a birthday cake in my room, it was really amazing. Most definitely coming back and will recommend it to other people 😁😁

The location is excellent! Many shops and restaurants are around it! All the people working at the hotel were very kind! I really enjoyed the coffee provided by the hotel in the morning. The ice and water machine was very convenient.

Ayanda at reception.... so kind and friendly. Sorting me out in a very sufficient and professional way after my booking dates were wrong (me booking the 23rd but actually wanted to book in the 16th). She always helps me at reception and is a true jewel to your Hotel. THANK YOU MY DEAR. LOOOOOOVE the feather pillows - almost wanted to take 2 home... my previous stays I did not have those.... ha ha ha

Staff is really not friendly during check-in or check-out. Wifi is really not very good - struggled to have online meetings and access certain websites. Stayed two nights - when returning on the second day at 4pm my room was not cleaned yet & I had to take a meeting when the cleaners arrived at 4:30pm. So, room was never cleaned.
